Instructions for Paper Preparation and Submission for ICNBME 2013
All documents must be in ".doc" format (Word) ICBNME-2013 Paper format.
1. Abstract
This paper provides an example of the layout and style for the paper submissions for the ICBNME 2011 conference. Paper submission information is also discussed. The abstract should count 250 words and have a structured form, i.e. reflect structure of an article (background, material and methods, results, conclusion). 10 pt size font should be used for the abstract.
2. Introduction
Prospective authors are invited to submit papers that fit within the scope of the electrical section. Papers should be written in English (USA) language and submitted in final camera-ready form.
3. Paper and text format
Contributed papers will be selected on the basis of four - six pages. Papers should be single - spaced on one side only of A4 pages. The margins will be: top 2.0 cm, bottom 2.0 cm, left and right 1.8 cm, gutter 0 cm. For fonts see Table 1. The text should be presented in a two-column format, each one of 8.3 cm in width. The space between columns should be of 0.9 cm. Last page columns should have equal length and occupy at least 60% of the sheet of paper.
Accepted papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings, distributed to the participants at the beginning of the conference.
Table 1. The recommended fonts
Item | Font | Size | Style |

Note. TN Roman means Times New Roman
The authors' names and affiliation, should appear on separate lines and the mailing address should appear after the author to whom the correspondence will be addressed. Footnotes should be avoided, their contents being integrated into the text.
Tables, figures, equations
Illustrations and tables should be progressively numbered, following the order cited in the text, and may be organised in one or two columns. They should be accompanied by an explanatory text positioned at the top of the tables and at the bottom of the figures.
The large figures may be placed on a single column on the top or the bottom of the page.
The same for drawings, diagrams etc.
